An individual session consisting of warm-up, main session & cool down.  Includes observation and feedback.

 

The 1-to-1 is a full session including warm up, main session and cool down. 

 

It is a very popular session and can be altered for many different types of people including –

 

New runners

Runners requiring some motivation

Runners who enjoy running with someone

People looking in to the idea of having a coach (like a taster session)

Runners looking for some new training ideas

 

The session ends with a cool down and an evaluation of the session, including coaching advice highlighted throughout the session
