This is the perfect plan for an athlete looking for a minimal fuss training program for any distance.

The plan includes -

​

  • Zoom call to talk through the athletes personal running goals

  • 4 weeks of training sessions designed specifically for the athlete working towards their goal

  • Personal training paces

  • Ability to add further 4 week training blocks to create a full training plan
