Run a Best Effort

To allow AJ Running Coach to create your personalised training paces, you will need to run a fast paced session over the following distances, depending on your running goal -

​

  • 800m - 5km (running goal - 5km)

  • 5km - 10km (running goal - 10km)

  • 10km - 21.1km (running goal - Half Marathon)

  • 10km - 21.1km (running goal - Marathon)
