I will work with you to achieve your own specific running goals.
This will be achieved by creating a bespoke running plan that fits seamlessly alongside your weekly schedule. No pre-made plans, but individual plans created to suit you and your lifestyle.
Something comes up in the week and you can’t stick to the plan? No worries, I am not here to judge you. Life happens, that is why your plan is created to work around your lifestyle whether that be a morning lay in, holiday or even time with the kids.
About me
I am a fully qualified England Athletics Running Coach. I have had a passion for running since I was a small child, competing at county level on the track and racing across europe at half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon events.
