My Approach

I will work with you to achieve your own specific running goals.

 

This will be achieved by creating a bespoke running plan that fits seamlessly alongside your weekly schedule.  No pre-made plans, but individual plans created to suit you and your lifestyle. 

 

Something comes up in the week and you can’t stick to the plan? No worries, I am not here to judge you.  Life happens, that is why your plan is created to work around your lifestyle whether that be a morning lay in, holiday or even time with the kids.

About me

I am a fully qualified England Athletics Running Coach.  I have had a passion for running since I was a small child, competing at county level on the track and racing across europe at half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon events.

AJ running coach gave me the plan and inspiration to achieve a PB 10k. He provided me with the plan to work towards and also the constant support I needed to achieve this. Always been a keen runner but just done my own thing, actually having a personalised plan and the advice has proved invaluable!
