Group Session
within Saffron Walden area


The group session is a full session including warm up, main session and cool down. 


This is a good session for many groups including people new to running and even social running groups.


Group sessions can be tailored to your own specific sessions such as –


Easy/steady run




Running circuit training

Strength and conditioning


The session ends with a cool down and an evaluation of the session, including coaching advice highlighted throughout the session
