Couch to 5km

Couch to 5km is a very enjoyable plan for people who are new to running or would like to complete a Park Run.

 

FUN is a big part of this plan, as I want to make it as enjoyable as possible while improving your fitness and helping to achieve the aim of completing 5km.

 

This will be done by designing a bespoke plan over a 10 week period created around your personal schedule.
